Still 194 pounds, no change since last month, but at least it didn't go up! Work has started and I've discovered my breakfast routine (and in fact all my meal routines) has really suffered. And my work-out schedule has suffered too - the return to working full days has me exhausted. I went to the grocery store yesterday and got good healthy stuff to pack for lunch. I'm making an effort to eat the proper amounts of all the food groups, and also trying to stay away from frozen dinners.And I've cut most soda out too.
My focus now is to keep eating healthy, keep working out regularly, and see what the scale does. Hopefully all the positive changes I'm making will result in a negative change in weight!
